Shipping & Handling

1. Our main market is the United States. The estimated order processing and delivery times are as follows:

• Processing time: 5–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 7–10 business days
• Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

These estimated delivery times already include the 5–7 business days required for order processing.

2. Shipping fee:

• Standard shipping: $7.99
• Priority Shipping: $12.99
• Free shipping on orders over $59.99+

3. Shipping methods: 4PX、YunExpress、Wanb Express、UBI

We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Our estimated total delivery times are 7–10 business days for Priority Shipping and 10–15 business days for Standard Shipping. These estimates already include order processing time. After the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take.

Please note that the estimated delivery times stated above already include the 5–7 business days required for order processing. For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with a longer processing time.

If there are any problems with your order, you can submit a trouble ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information after your order is sent. If you still have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
